Mr. Bowers was born Aug. 30, 1975, at Ellsworth. He was the owner of Intense Motorsports in Salina.

Survivors include his wife, Jennifer of the home; his parents, Donald R. Sr. and Terri Bowers of Salina; a sister, Shannon Bowers of Salina; his grandparents, Harriett Bowers of McPherson and Dorothy and George Choitz of Ellsworth; his great-grandfather, Ernest Bohl of Ellsworth; and a niece, Tiffany Bowers of Salina.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401. Cremation will follow the service. Private inurnment will be in the Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Hemophilia Foundation.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the mortuary where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
