Mr. Harmon was born Aug. 25, 1915, at Culver. He was the owner of Windsong Ent., and Road Pro Electronics for more than 20 years, retiring in 1985. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Elks Lodge No. 918 and Isis Legion of Honor. He was a lifetime member of the Scottish Rite Bodies and the Isis Shrine.

Survivors include his wife, Ina of Salina; two sons, Richard R. of Tulsa, Okla., and William "Mike" of Salina; a daughter, Janice J. Grier of Topeka; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

The memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Presbyterian Manor, 2601 E. Crawford, Salina. There will be a private family inurnment.
