ELAINE HEADLEY
August 12, 1936 - December 2, 2003

Elaine Headley, 67, Salina, died Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2003.

Mrs. Headley was born Elaine Selden on Aug. 12, 1936. She was a homemaker. She graduated from Kansas Wesleyan University in 1958. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, PEO Chapter BW and Silver Needles Quilt Guild. She was a former Community Theatre Board member. Her hobbies included quilting, sewing and watercolor painting.

She married Glenn Headley on June 27, 1958, in Clyde.

Survivors include her husband, Glenn; a son, Ross Headley and wife Joy of Olathe; two daughters, Marlys Tillman and husband Rob of Salina and Sara Marinakis and husband Jim of Lenexa; a brother, Charles Selden of Greeley, Colo.; and four grandchildren, Connor Tillman and Evan Tillman, both of Salina, Michael Marinakis of Lenexa and Hudson Headley of Olathe.

A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at First United Methodist Church, Salina. Inurnment will be in Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church or Silver Needles Quilt Guild, in care of Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the mortuary.
