Mr. Keszeg was born on Dec. 30, 1927, in Canton, Ohio. He was a lieutenant for the Salina Police Department, serving in the juvenile division until he retired in 1981.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Bernadine, July 25, 2003.

Survivors include two daughters, Vicki Berry and Sherry Ward, both of Olathe; and three grandchildren.

The funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery, Salina.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or "Focus on the Future," in care of the funeral home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Ryan Mortuary.
