Mrs. Mulvihill was born Charlene Kay Mayer on Oct. 9, 1951, at Kingman. She was an assembly-line worker at Phillips Lighting in Salina.

Survivors include a son, Troy Lubbers of Delphos; her mother, Betty June Whalen, of Rathdrum, Idaho; five brothers, Kevin Mayer of Salina, Carl Mayer of Washington state, Richard Mayer of Pendleton, Ore., Chris Mayer of Oregon state and Ray Mayer of Black Eagle, Mont.; a sister, Karen Wolfe of Eugene, Ore.; a grandmother, Blanche Summers of Wichita; and two grandchildren.

Memorial services will be later.

There will be no visitation.
