Mrs. Pexa was born Aug. 24, 1920, in Salina. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom, in 1992.

Survivors include three daughters, Tulsa Lea Green of Olathe, Gretta Bell of Abilene and Cheryl Palmer of Salina; three sons, Phillip Schaeffer, Donald Schaeffer and Roy Hayden, all of Salina; a brother, Don Johnson of Salina; 12 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina.
