Mr. Truong was born July 13, 1983, in Salina. He had been employed by Tony's Pizza.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Mung Thi Watson and Wiley Watson of Martinsburg, W. Va.; a stepfather, James Nelsen of Salina; four sisters, Kim Truong of Lincoln, Neb., Thu-Han Truong of Salina, Laura Nelsen of Martinsburg and Tawnee Watson of Gypsum; grandparents, Roy and Adelia Wilson of Salina; and an uncle, Toam Pham.

A memorial service was Thursday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth Street, Salina 67401. Cremation was to follow.

Visitation will be from noon to 4 p.m. today at the funeral home.
