Mr. Bever was born June 16, 1984, in Chanute. He had been employed in food service.

Survivors include his mother, Julia A. Bever of the home; his father, Carlos Tafolla; and a sister, Crystal Stratton of Alpharetta, Ga.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401. Burial will be in Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina.

Memorials may be made to American Lung Association, in care of the family.
