Mr. Boston, a retired Salina businessman, was born June 27, 1911, near Langley. He attended Kansas Wesleyan University from 1929-1931. He was past district governor of Lions International, past president of the Minneapolis and Sunflower Lions Clubs, a member of Sunrise Presbyterian Church and a 32nd Degree Mason. He married Pauline Greene Boston in 1990 in Salina.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Beardsley Boston, in 1971.

Survivors include his wife, Pauline of Salina; a son, Larry of San Francisco; a daughter, Ardyss Wherry of Fairfax Station, Va.; four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Sunrise Presbyterian Church, Salina. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401.
