Mr. Boyce was born April 2, 1927, at Carlton. He was a farmer and stockman. He married Arcena M. Morrison on March 17, 1946, near Abilene. He was a member of the Carlton Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include his wife, Arcena of the home; two sons, Danny and his wife, Kenna of Salina and Dennis and his wife, Carol of Carlton; a daughter, Debbie and her husband, Henry Geelen of Bridgeport; a God-child, Deanna Kowalski of Goddard; a sister, Ruth Gantenbein of Denver; and four grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday at the Carlton Presbyterian Church, Carlton, with Rev. Charles Norman officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Carlton.
