Cleta Mary Bradshaw

BATON ROUGE, La. -- Cleta Mary Bradshaw, 83, Baton Rouge, died Sunday, Jan. 4, 2004.

Mrs. Bradshaw was born Cleta Mary Havely on March 30, 1920, at Erie, Kan. She was a homemaker and worked as a waitress at the Holiday Inn, the Hilton Inn and Kentucky Fried Chicken, all in Salina, Kan.

Her husband, Ernest E., died in 1998.

Survivors include nine sons, Richard of Waukasha, Wis., Ron of Topeka, Kan., Bob of Salina, Tom, Ben and Gary, all of Baton Rouge, Jim of Delphos, Kan., Mike of Courtland, Ohio, and Anthony of Clearwater, Fla.; five daughters, Pat Webb of Tescott, Kan., Mary Riedel of Minneapolis, Kan., Janet Bradshaw of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., Pam Dean of Salina and Donna Bradshaw of Olathe, Kan.; a brother, Wally Havely of St. Paul, Kan.; four sisters, Dottie Cole of Beverly, Kan., Marge Percival of Coffeyville, Kan., Willa Finly of Wichita and Rachel Banks of Burbank, Calif.; 31 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Cathedral, Salina. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Salina.

A vigil will be at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401.

Memorials may be made to Sacred Heart Cathedral or Sacred Heart Junior/Senior High School in Salina.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the mortuary.
