Mr. Foust was born Jan. 15, 1942, in Storm Lake, Iowa. He was supervisor for the Kansas Vocational Rehabilitation Center.

Survivors include three daughters, Amanda Foust and Marva Morgan, both of Salina, and Marcia Blosser of Prairie Grove, Ark.; two brothers, Michael of Storm Lake, Iowa, and Richard of Bullhead City, Ariz.; and five grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. John's Lutheran Church, Salina. Inurnment will be in Storm Lake, Iowa.

Memorials may be made to the church.

There will be no visitation.
