Mrs. Frame was born January 10, 1918 in Conway, KS. to her parents, Herbert and Effie Donal. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Harold L. Frame of Salina; one son, Leland Frame of Salina; and many nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 20, 2004 at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401. Pastor Doug McHenry will officiate. Burial will follow in the Bavaria Cemetery, Bavaria, KS.

Memorials may be given to the Smoky Hill Rehab Memorial Fund.
