Mrs. Giltner was born Evelyn M. Lacy on Dec. 29, 1921, at Salina. She was a homemaker and helped manage the Giltner Ranch, Salina.

Survivors include her husband, William C. Giltner Sr. of Salina; a son, Bill Giltner Jr. of Salina; a daughter, Lacy McMullen and her husband Rod of Manhattan; four grandchildren, William C. Giltner II and his wife Tammy, Terry Giltner, Crystal Loritz and her husband Mike, and Kelly Brandt and her husband Tony; and four great-grandchildren, Morgan and Preston Giltner, Braden Loritz and Maggie Brandt.

Mass of celebration will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Queen of the Universe Catholic Church, Salina, the Rev. Steve Heina officiating. Cremation will follow the service. Private inurnment will be at a later date.

A vigil will be at 6 p.m. Monday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401.
