Mrs. Harmon was born Ina Creighton on August 16, 1914 at Mercer County, PA. She recently moved to Topeka from Salina in April. She had been a Salina resident since 1957. She was a homemaker and owner and operator of the Creighton Retail Dress Shop, Grove City, PA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Creighton; her husband, H.R. "Dick" Harmon who died in December 2003; two brothers; and six sisters.

Survivors include two step-sons, Richard R. Harmon of Tulsa, OK and William Michael Harmon of Salina; a step-daughter, Janice J. Greer of Topeka; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 14, 2004 at The Presbyterian Manor, Salina.
