Mr. Hayden was born Sept. 28, 1915 in Garland, Maine. He was a partner in Still's Texaco Service Station, Salina.

Survivors include his wife, Ione of the home; three daughters, Barbara Usher of Salina, Phyllis Larson of Topeka and Janice Porter of Olathe; nine grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; and six stepgrandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401. Burial will be in Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina.

Memorials may be made to Bel Air Baptist Church, Salina.

Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary.
