Mrs. Hollander was born Marilyn E. Akers on August 18, 1929, in Manilla, IA. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include two daughters, Mary Vargas and Lisa Daniel, both of Salina, three sons, Norris and Kevin, both of Salina, and Scott of Wichita; a sister, Betty Akers of Manilla, IA; a brother, Morris Akers of Manilla, IA; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401. Burial will be in Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina.
