Mrs. Jones was born Lizzie Leatha Jane Berry on September 11, 1915, in Elrod, Ala. She was an election board member.

She was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. J.E. Jones.

Survivors include two sons, Joe of Salina and Otis of Oklahoma City; a daughter, Linda Loubert of Baltimore; a sister, Willie Osby of Omaha, Neb.; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. John's Missionary Baptist Church, Salina. Burial will be in Gypsum Hill Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the church.
