Mrs. Kitzke was born Codelia G. Bates on May 20, 1921, in Lenora. She was a homemaker and former employee of Dillons Grocery.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin A., in 1982; and a son, Reynold, in 1987.

Survivors include a son, Delton of Salina and Martina McCauley of Rosalia; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday at St. John's Catholic Church, Logan. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Logan.

A vigil service will be at 6:30 p.m. today at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401.

Memorials may be made to Sacred Heart Cathedral in Salina or St. John's Catholic Church in Logan.
