Mrs. Lenkiewicz was born to Louis and Natalie Przychodski on January 5, 1914 in Jersey City, New Jersey. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alex; a son, Raymond; and a daughter, Eleanor.

Survivors include two sons, Len Lenkiewicz of Salina and Alfred Lenkiewicz of Hamburg, PA; three sisters, Helen Corbo of Rutherford, NJ, Mary Saminski of Jersey City, NJ and Ceil Shaw of Toms River, NJ; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

A private funeral mass will be on Monday, April 12, 2004 at the Sacred Heart Cathedral, Salina. Fr. Galen Long will officiate. Interment will be Wednesday, April 14, 2004 in the Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ.
