Mr. Loe was born December 29, 1931, at Stratton, CO. He was a retired assembly line worker at Beech. He was a lifetime members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Survivors include his wife, Ila of the home; three sons, Delmar Loe II and wife Kathy of Jewell, Doug Loe and wife Barbara of Bennington and Darrin Loe of Salina; three daughters, Rebecca Loe of Salina, Regina Darnall and husband Mark of Hays and Roberta Ptacek of Assaria; a sister, Jan Koenekamp of North Ridge, CA; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a stepgrandchild.

The funeral will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401. Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednsday in Glasco Cemetery, with military rites by VFW Honor Guard.
