Mrs. Lowe was born Olga Lucille Levin on January 25, 1917 in Salina, KS. She worked in the factory at Westinghouse for 15 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Lavere Lowe; and a son, Robert Allen Lowe.

Survivors include a son, Samuel E. Lowe of Phoenix, AZ; a daughter, Susan Sullivan of Edmond, OK; a brother, Dick Levin of Salina; three sisters, LaDonna Pickering, Doris Gay and Helen Bachofer all of Salina; and eight grandchildren.

A graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday in Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.

There will be no visitation. The body was cremated.
