Mr. Prim was born June 24, 1926, in Salina. He worked for Shears Construction.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Peggy; and a grandson.

Survivors include a daughter, Jean Prim of Salina; two sons, Robert L. of Concordia and Bobby of Calif.; and eight grandchildren.

There will be a private burial in Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina.

There will be no visitation.
