Mrs. Scott was born Carol A. Taylor on Oct. 5, 1942, in Minneapolis. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Tom of the home; three children, Mike, Tina, and Mark; two brothers, Steven Taylor and James Thompson; a sister, Vicki Timson; her mother Maxine Lawrence; and several grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at First Nazarene, Salina. Inurnment will be in Highland Cemetery, Minneapolis.

Memorials may be made to the Tammy Walker Cancer Center, the church or American Lung Association of Kansas.

There will be no visitation.
