She was born Bertha Geissert on Oct. 20, 1906, in Bennington. She was a homemaker and an avid bridge player.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey A., in 1990; her parents, Andrew and Blanche Fern (Steward) Geissert; a sister, Dorothy Blaha; and three brothers, Lewis, Carl and Kenneth Geissert.

The funeral will at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Ryan Mortuary.
