Mrs. Weir was born Evelyn May Napier on June 5, 1919, in Abilene. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis Ray Napier and the former Grace Bell Scriven, and her husband, Lowell, in 1980.

Survivors include two sons, Rick and wife Gail of Salina and Robert and wife Ann of Kingsville, Mo.; three daughters, Sandra Register and husband Jim of Titus, Ala., Janet Heidorn and husband Jim of Oklahoma City and Joyce Schmitz and husband Bill of Stockton; a brother, Glen Napier and wife Elsie of Tucson, Ariz.; a sister-in-law, Carmen Napier of Salina; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina, the Rev. Patty Brown Barnett officiating.

Memorials may be made to the Morrison House, in care of Salina Regional Health Center.
