Mrs. Winn was born Rachel Marea Harlow on Jan. 17, 1913, in Billings, Okla. She had worked for Wells Department Store in Salina in the fabric department for many years.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Clarence Weis, in 1974; her second husband, Malvin Winn, in 1997; and a son, Gary Weis, in 1955.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Carol and James Winn of Salina; a sister, Marlene Nelson of Ellsworth; two grandchildren, Garrett Winn and Christina Carroll; and five great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina.
