Mrs. Woolsey was born Reva Mae Jewell on September 16, 1913, in Kanopolis. She was a school teacher.

Survivors include her husband, Paul of Salina; two nephews, Jim and Rodney Jewell; and a niece, Kathy Jo Huseman.

A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Kanopolis cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Kanopolis Cemetery.

There will be no visitation. The body was cremated.
