Mr. Wright was born Aug. 10, 1915, in Carneiro. He worked as a machinist for Wyatt Manufacturing and Robert Industries. He was a member of Grand Avenue Methodist Church and VFW Post No. 1432, both of Salina.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Frances, and his second wife, Dean; his parents, Zimry and Elizabeth Wright; a sister, Irene Wright; and two brothers, Harry and Joe.

Survivors include a daughter, Kaye Lindquist and husband Jon of Brookville; three grandchildren, Brandon Lindquist and wife Pam of Brookville, Justin Lindquist and wife Holly of Lindsborg, and Jenni Lindquist of Las Vegas; and three great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Brookville United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Carneiro Cemetery.
