Mrs. Dunaway was born Jane Ballard on Nov. 3, 1935, in Masardis, Maine. She was a homemaker and restaurant manager for more than 30 years at Russell’s Restaurant and Bosselman’s Truck Center in Salina.

She was preceded in death by her second husband, Louis Dunaway, in 1999; and a daughter, June Turner, in 1982.

Survivors include her husband, Robert B. Porter, of Salina; three sons, Dale Porter and Wayne Porter, both of Salina, and Larry Porter of Wichita; three daughters, Patricia Herrs, Eva Williams and Roberta Braden, all of Salina; 18 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina.
