Verona Dyck
February 12, 1913 - February 13, 2005

Verona Dyck, 92, Salina, died Sunday, February 13, 2005.

Mrs. Dyck was born Verona Marshall on Feb. 12, 1913, in Clay Center.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Emice J. Dyck.

She was a wonderful homemaker, and excelled at sewing, antique doll restoration and many creative projects.

She was a member of Asbury Hospital Auxiliary, Kansas Wesleyan University Alumni Association, Downtown Lioness Club, First United Methodist Church and Chapter DL of PEO.

Survivors include two daughters, Donna D. Stanford of Redondo Beach, Calif., and Marvella D. Pauls of Burke, Va.; two granddaughters, a grandson, and a great-granddaughter.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at First United Methodist Church, Salina. Burial will be a private family service at Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina.

Memorials may be made to the church or Salina Presbyterian Manor.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401.
