Mrs. Goedecke was born Frieda VonAllworden on Aug. 30, 1920, in Germany. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Heinrich; and her parents, August and Margaret Suhr.

Survivors include a son, Klaus of Huntington Beach, Calif.; two daughters, Heike Daily and Kristine Peterson, both of Salina; a brother, Walter Suhr of Salina; a sister, Annegrete Barke of Salina; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Sunrise Presbyterian Church, Salina.
