Mrs. Judd was born Phyllis Arnnette Allen on Oct. 31, 1938, in Bennington. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Robert, of Salina; three sons, Sgt. Richard of Fort Hood, Texas; Robert “Sheldon” of El Dorado and John of Junction City; three daughters, Robin Andersen of Salina, Cindy Creekmore of Pueblo, Colo., and Connie Walker of Junction City; five brothers, Robert Allen of Salina, Luther Allen and Pat Allen, both of Colorado Springs, Colo., Duane Allen of Marietta, Ohio, and Jim Allen of Manhattan; three sisters, Kathrine of Neosho Falls, Ester of Junction City and Edith of Kansas City; 16 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401. Cremation will follow the service.
