Mr. Keele was born July 13, 1969, in Billings, Mont. He was a residential construction framer, roofer and drywaller. He graduated from Colstrip, Mont., schools. He enjoyed working on cars, fishing, football, soccer, basketball and baseball.

Survivors include his wife, Sylvia, of Billings; his parents, Charles Robert Sr. and Joan Dell (Jackson) Keele of Tucumcari, N.M.; a daughter, Kelsea Rae Keele of Grove, Okla.; two brothers, Timothy Jay Keele and wife Thelma of Salina and Charles Robert Keele Jr. and wife Delia of Billings; three sisters, Lavina Fay Brown and husband Tom of Chatham, Ill., Joan Dell Stockfish and husband Scott of Billings and Spring Joy Jackson of Salina; his grandmother, Doris Lee Jackson of Salina; three stepsons, Eric Colunga and Robbie Doom, both of Billings, and John Joe Colunga of San Venito, Texas; and three stepdaughters, Tanaya Heidt, Maria Perez and Brandi Colunga-Ortega, all of Billings.

A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Brookville City Cemetery, Brookville, the Rev. Paul Robbins officiating.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to service time Thursday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401.
