Mr. Kogler was born Feb. 3, 1943, in Lincoln, Neb. He was a welder, pipe fitter and warehouseman for Coors Brewing Co., Golden, Colo., retiring in 2004.

Survivors include his parents, Glea R. and Muriel Kogler, of Gypsum; two sisters, Sharon K. Anderson and Doris P. Swenson and husband Dennis, all of Salina; and two nieces, Joy R. Bircher and husband Judd of Sterling and Sara M. Swenson of Salina.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401. Burial will be in Poheta Cemetery, near Kipp.
