Mrs. Litton was born Joyce E. Carland August 15, 1914 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She was a homemaker and worked as a secretary for the Boyd Truck Line here in Salina for many years and as a secretary for Bob Leonard and H.D. Hull.

Mrs. Litton was preceded in death by her husband Randall W. Litton on March 25, 1996.

Memorial Service for Mrs. Litton will be 10:00 AM Saturday, August 6, 2005, at the Ryan Mortuary in Salina, Ks. Inurnment will be next to her husband in the Evergreen Cemetery in Braymer, Missouri. There will be no services at the cemetery.
