She was born Grace Violet Eikleberry on November 22, 1916 in Spring Creek Township, North East of Brookville, KS. Her parents were William and Alice Eikleberry. She married Charles Locke on May 6, 1951 who preceded her in death. A long time homemaker she was a member of the Ray Ave Baptist Church and a member of the Busy Thimble Bee Club until it was dissolved.

She is survived by her nieces and nephews spanning four generations.

The Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 25, 2005 at the Ray Avenue Baptist Church, 2801 Ray Ave. in Salina.

Burial will be in the Brookville Cemetery, Brookville, KS.
