Mr. Loux was born October 8, 1942 in Ottawa. He was a retired construction foreman for Salina Scales.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia, of the home; two daughters, Trena J. Lackey of Salina and Jodie K. Loux of Wichita; two stepsons, James Blair of El Dorado and Terry Blair of Salina; a stepdaughter, Vickie Woellhof of Salina; a sister, Carol Nelson of Wichita; a grandchild; and five stepgrandchildren.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary Queen of the Universe Catholic Church, Salina. A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. in Mount St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, north of Abilene.

A vigil and rosary will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401.
