Mr. Millsap was a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in Iraq for the past three months. This was his second tour of duty in Iraq. He also had served in Bosnia and Kuwait.

Survivors include his wife, Alyne, of the home; a daughter, Deanna of the home; his parents, Kenneth and Mavis Millsap, of Wichita; and a sister, Sherry Henry of Wichita.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at First Church of the Nazarene, 1425 S. Ohio, Salina. A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Greenwood Cemetery, 6231 W. 47th, Wichita, with a military detail by the First Maintenance Company of Fort Riley.
