Mrs. Minneman was born Winifred I. Niemann on Feb. 6, 1918, in Kansas City, Kan. She was a homemaker and a bus driver for special education students in the Tescott schools. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and a lifetime resident of the Glendale and Tescott area. She was a charter member of the St. Mark Evangelical Lutheran Church, Salina.

Her husband, Cecil F., died in 1999.

Survivors include four sons, Bill of Chicago, Bob of Tescott, Jerry of Salina and Dennis of Solomon; a daughter, Mary Anne Minneman of McPherson; two sisters, Sara Lou Hutchison of Jonesboro, Ark., and Billie Marie DeWitt of Salina; 13 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Mark Evangelical Lutheran Church, Salina. Burial will be in Franklin Cemetery, Tescott.

Memorials may be made to St. Mark Evangelical Lutheran Church or to a church of the donor’s choice.
