Mrs. Moore was born Bette Lou Rutledge on May 9, 1924, at St. Joseph, Mo. She was a promotional manager for KVGB Radio, Great Bend, for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney, in 1994.

Survivors include two nephews, Jim Rutledge Jr. of Wellington and Larry Cook of Colorado Springs, Colo.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Mary Queen of the Universe Catholic Church, 230 E. Cloud, Salina. Burial will be in St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery, Gypsum.

A vigil and rosary will be at 6 p.m. today at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401.
