He was born Jan. 28, 1919, in Terracotta. He owned and operated Mullen Construction Co. in Salina.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mike.

Survivors include a son, Pat of Marquette; two grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. Mary Queen of the Universe Catholic Church, 230 E. Cloud, Salina. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the church or Hospice of Salina.
