Mrs. Neal was born Nancy Lois Van Epps on July 16, 1942, in Ellisburg, N.Y. She was a homemaker and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and the Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, brother, mother and father.

Survivors include her husband, William “Tom” Neal, of Salina; two sons, William Gregg of Wolcott, N.Y., and Jeffrey Burnham of Wichita; two daughters, Tina Gregg of Wolcott, N.Y., and Laureen Neal of Salina; two brothers, Wendell Van Epps of Syracuse, N.Y., and Byron Van Epps; and seven grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Church of Christ, 1646 N. Ninth, Salina 67401.
