Mrs. Polach was born Pauline Erdtmann on Dec. 27, 1922, in Ellsworth. She was an administrative assistant for First Bank of Kansas.

She is preceded in death by an infant son, Frank Paul, in 1951.

Survivors include her husband, Frank, of the home; and a sister, Edith Herrin of Wichita.

A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Salina. Inurnment will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina.
