Mrs. Rundquist was born Charlotte Geraldine Fulton on Feb. 4, 1924, to Charles A. and Hylma Isaacson Fulton, near Mentor. She was employed with the Salina School District at South Middle School for 25 years.

She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Salina, where she was a Sunday school teacher and had been an active member of the Lutheran Church Women.

She married Carl Robert Rundquist on May 23, 1944, in Seattle.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl, in 2004; and a brother, Harold Fulton.

Survivors include two daughters, Eloise Downs and Cynthia Cox and husband Jim, all of Kansas City, Mo.; in-laws, Ruby Fulton of Salina, Ralph Rundquist and wife Rena and Richard Rundquist and wife Lois, all of Assaria, and Harvey Rundquist of Pensacola, Fla.; four grandchildren, Kimberly Downs Gorombey, Dana Downs Kuritz, and Anna and Jonathan Cox; and two great-grandchildren, Emma and Carly Gorombey.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Salina. Burial will be in Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina.

Memorials may be made to the church or Bethany Home, Lindsborg.
