Mrs. Sinclair Forristal was born Sept. 26, 1968, at Pine Bluff, Ark. She was the marketing assistant to Terry Burger at Farm Bureau Financial Services in Salina.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mack Wayne and Doris Sinclair and Willie A. and Hazel Camp; and her father-in-law, Bernard Forristal.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas, of the home; a son, Jonathan Todd Wallingford of Longview, Texas; a stepson, Thomas D. Forristal of Salina; her parents, Mack and Yvonne Sinclair of Pine Bluff; a brother, Steven of Hollywood, Fla.; and her mother-in-law, Alice Forristal of Salina.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Cathedral, Ninth and Iron, Salina. Burial will be in Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina.
