Miss Sprout was born Nov. 3, 1925, in Kansas City, Kan. She was a registered nurse at Parkview Medical Center in Louisville, Ky., and also a private home health care provider.

Survivors include two brothers, Stanley Sprout of Gypsum and Earl Sprout of Garland, Texas; and two sisters, Geneva Roark of Albuquerque, N.M., and Glenda Stein of Omaha, Neb.

A memorial graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina.

Memorials may be made to Smoky Hill Rehabilitation Center, Salina.

There will be no visitation. The body was cremated.
