Mrs. Vogan was born Cleo F. Comfort on July 29, 1929, near Minneapolis. She was a retired cashier for Alco Discount Store, Salina, and an Avon sales representative.

She married Kenneth Vogan on Sept. 16, 1950, in Lamar.

She was a member of First Southern Baptist Church, Brookville Senior Citizens Club and the Stroke Support Group of Salina.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth, of the home; two daughters, Iva Marie Stegmaier and husband Ron and Evelyn Jean Taylor and husband Chester, all of Salina; a half brother, Leroy Bremerman of Miltonvale; a half sister, Bernice Boucek of Ada; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; and a stepgreat-grandchild.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at First Southern Baptist Church, Salina, with the Rev. Glenn Davis officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Minneapolis.

Memorials may be made to the church building fund or music department.
