Mr. Vogan was born August 15, 1925, in Brookville. He was a production worker for HP Hood Milk Company in Massachusetts, retiring in 1974.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Rose, in 1967 and his second wife, Helen, in 1990.

Survivors include two sons, Paul of Belmont, Mass. and Floyd, Jr. of Bellierica, Mass.; a daughter, Charleen Vogan of Cheyenne, Wyo.; two sisters, Rosalee Vogan and Jeanette Chavez, both of Salina; two brothers, Francis Vogan and Kenneth Vogan, both of Salina; seven grandchildren; and a special friend, Maxine Mettner of Lincoln.

A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Brookville.
