Mrs. Webb was born Lula Carrell on Oct. 2, 1912, in Winkler. She was a homemaker and in earlier years was a piano teacher. She was a member of Belmont Christian Church, NARF, Eastern Star, Elks Lodge 718 and Staccato Notes Music Club. She married John Webb Jr. on June 28, 1956, in Norton. He died in 1998.

Survivors include two sons, Donald R. Webb and wife Linda of Salina and John Lee Webb and wife Susan of Bellevue, Wash.; four grandchildren, Dawn Iman and husband Tim and Melanie Miller, all of Salina, Kersten Webb of Chicago and Bill Webb and wife Krista of Suquanish, Wash.; two nieces, Irma Hastings and husband Walter and Judy Menkens, all of Kansas City, Mo.; and six great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Belmont Boulevard Christian Church, Salina, the Rev. Greg Guy officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina.
